We agree with you on a secure, time-limited way in for the scope of the work, which you can revoke at any time. We never ask for passwords by email or chat.

Changes are scheduled in windows you choose, with a backup before each and a way back ready.
How long does an assessment take?
It depends on the number and complexity of the servers; the quote states it after the initial review.
